Well, the angry white vote did the trick and Ms. Killary went down in defeat. One hopes that many will realize that this election was not about what people voted FOR . . . but rather AGAINST.
Trump the megalomaniac triumphed because more voters hated Ms. Killary more than those who hated him . . . simple as that. The empire got what it wanted, once again. Maybe now folks will realize that for decades (and perhaps longer) the president is not the ‘ leader of the free world ‘ and we here are NOT free. No, the super rich guys behind the curtain, the ones who stay out of the public eye, they rule and always have. FDR knew this when he had to create his New Deal. He was offered two choices: face most likely insurrection with rioting in the streets , full of wanton violence, or face the ire of the ruling class as he did what he could to fend off the coming revolt. He chose those programs and giveaways that hurt the super rich, but ultimately saved capitalism. So, the guys behind the curtain gave FDR a pass . . . for awhile. Of course, if you study Major General Smedley Butler’s story, you will see that they still tried to initiate a coup d’état in the late 1930s against FDR. And now, in 2016, fascism has once again raised its ugly (or combed over) head . . .
Trump won’t get to do what he promised his foolish supporters, at least not most of it. No wall on the border; no round up of most of the Muslims and undocumented Latinos (who would cut our lawns, make hotel beds, wash dishes); no repeal of Rowe v. Wade (that attempt would mobilize the largest women’s street demonstrations ever); no far right wing Supreme Court replacements ( the Democrats would finally show some courage on that one and filibuster it).
As far as our Military Industrial Empire , Trump would ‘follow orders’ from the guys behind the curtain and keep up the obscene military spending (over 50% of our federal taxes under the Bush/ Cheney gang and close to 56% under the stooge, ‘Mr. Hope and Change’) that Ms. Killary would have equaled if elected.
You see folks, it really doesn’t matter to this empire who won Tuesday night. As the intro to the ‘60s Sci Fi show The Outer Limits stated, “We control the TV. . . . ,” our mainstream media is controlled by those same guys behind the curtain. If you desire the truth about people like Trump and Ms. Killary, you must go to the independent media for facts. The fools who support Trump and the Republicans are mesmerized into believing that Obama and Ms. Killary are Marxists who want to control their lives. Yet, Obama and Ms. Killary have always acted on behalf of the Wall Street banksters and War Economy and, of course, Big Pharma, the insurance gangsters, etc. Not a real difference from the people Trump and the Republicans serve. Don’t forget, the Clintons went to Trump’s wedding and he said many times, as recently as 2012, how much he respected Ms. Killary and her husband. It’s all a con job folks!!
Regardless of who won, the empire of Amerika keeps on rolling . . . but not for long. The Chinese are too strong and don’t have to even fire one bullet at us. They hold our debt and as long as they need us to buy their crap via Wal-Mart, etc., they will keep holding it. The Trans Pacific Partnership was established by our empire because we fear the Chinese not needing us that much, as the Pacific rim and Africa (and even the Middle East and Latin America ) grow as their trading partners. As for the Russians, they are standing up to our empire in the Middle East and saying to our junkyard dog NATO alliance “Stop staring at us with your missiles on our borders!”
Bottom line, and I am saddened to state this: The rich guys behind that curtain know we are in the last days of Amerika, and will flee (with their fortunes ) like rats from a sinking ship . . . as a deep depression may hit you and me. Unless, unless, the majority of working stiffs in our America get wise and say NO to this Military Industrial Empire. Say NO to spending half our tax money on phony wars, occupations and new Cold War feared spending. Finally, to say NO to this two party con job . . . completely!!
