Big Lies take on a life of their own by ad nauseam repetition.
With Russia poised to send peacekeepers to Ukraine as requested by DPR and LPR leaders—an effort to halt Kiev aggression and prevent invasion by its forces—bozo BoJo hyperventilated as follows on Tuesday, saying: Deployment of Russian forces to Donbass [as peacekeepers] constitutes an “invasion [and a] pretext for a full-scale offensive [sic].”
Similar perversions of reality are highly likely to reverberate throughout much of the US-dominated West in the days ahead—including by complicit MSM like the NYT.
In response to announced Russian peacekeepers to Donbass—to pursue peace over escalated war—NYT fake news defied reality by misreporting as follows, saying: Vladimir Putin “hinted at the possibility of a wider military campaign [sic] and laid claim to all of Ukraine as a country [sic].”
The above Big Lie is typical of how the Times reinvents reality in support of wealth, power, privilege and imperial wars over truth and full disclosure journalism as it should be.
There’s no ambiguity about how Putin prioritizes peace and stability according to the rule of law.
His way is polar opposite how hegemon US-dominated NATO operates—by its own rules in flagrant breach of what the rule of law is all about.
In response to Putin’s long overdue recognition of DPR and LPR sovereign independence as affirmed by the UN Charter and other international law, Times editors turned truth on its head as follows, saying: “Vladimir Putin’s aggression toward Ukraine took turn on Monday” the Times falsely called “ominous [by) recogniz[ing] (DPR and LPR independence) and [legally] order[ing] Russian troops into them” to pursue peace over US-orchestrated and directed aggression.
At a time when a possible Russian invasion is zero, the Times again hyperventilated about its (nonexistent) imminency, falsely repeated the thoroughly debunked Big Lie claim about Russian forces “poised for action on and around Ukraine’s borders [sic].”
Reinvention of reality by the Times barely stopped short of equating Russian recognition of DPR and LPR self-determination with invasion.
It lied claim twice over saying that both republics have been under effective Russian control [sic] since the low-intensity conflict [sic] erupted in 2014.”
What the Times falsely called “low intensity conflict” was Kiev aggression against Donbass.
Thousands were massacred, hundreds of thousands displaced, defenseless civilians harmed most, by US/NATO supplied weapons for aggression.
Accusing Putin of “ratchet[ting] up tensions” falsely blamed Moscow for what’s been made-in-the-USA and other key NATO capitals as part of war on Russia by other means—while supporting years of Kiev aggression on Donbass.
Ignoring what’s affirmed by the UN Charter, other international law, and America’s Declaration of Independence, the Times slammed what it falsely called “no justification for Russia’s recognition” Donbass independence.
Compounding its contempt for the rule law, it mocked the DPR and LPR.
Disgracefully calling them “comical ‘people’s republics,” it demeaned Putin’s legitimate actions as “illegal [and] outrageous [sic].”
At the same time, it blamed DPR and LPR freedom fighters for US orchestrated and directed Kiev aggression on both republics.
What’s been ongoing intermittently since April 2014 escalated to near-full-scale war.
Russia’s recognition of both republics—along with deploying peacekeepers to their territory—is the best chance for restoration of peace and stability.
What the Times should have explained, it ignored—featuring US propaganda instead based on Biden regime supplied talking points.
