Naftali Bennett is a Netanyahu coalition partner. He heads the fascist Habayit Hayehudi (Jewish Home) party. He’s ideologically over-the-top.
He deplores political activism and rule of law principles. He wants truth and full disclosure suppressed. He supports denying Palestinians their international law guaranteed rights.
He wants unlimited settlement expansions on stolen Palestinian land—an ethnic cleansing policy for exclusive Jewish development.
Earlier he was Netanyahu’s chief of staff. He co-founded My Israel with with notorious Arab hater/current Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked. It’s an ultra-right-wing extra-parliamentary movement endorsing Zionist extremism.
Shaked openly calls for genocide—posting Facebook comments declaring “the entire Palestinian people . . . the enemy,” justifying their destruction, “including [their] elderly and . . . women, [their] cities and . . . villages, [their] property and . . . infrastructure.”
She accused Palestinian mothers of giving birth to “little snakes.” Fanaticism dominates Israeli governance. Bennett asserts no occupation exists. He’s a settler movement leader. The land of Israel belongs exclusively to Jews, he insists.
“[I]t’s ours,” he said. “It’s always been ours for 3,800 years we have Jewish sovereignty over Judea and Samaria since we first got it . . .” He calls a Palestinian state or two-state solution a “profound mistake.”
His ideological extremism fosters anti-Palestinian racist hate and out-of-control violence committed against them.
He’s a Jewish terrorist. Yet the New York Times shamelessly featured what no responsible editors would touch—his Orwellian op-ed titled “Naftali Bennett on Israel’s Jewish Terrorists.” His autobiography honestly written would have made it a legitimate piece.
Instead, he ignored longstanding Israeli state terror, complicit with radical settlers given free reign to rampage violently against peaceful Palestinians—at times committing cold-blooded murder.
He outrageously said “a Palestinian state, if established, would be taken over by ISIS, Hamas and Islamic Jihad [as] a launching pad for attacks against our citizens . . . It is a risk Israel cannot take.”
He ludicrously added, “I believe in coexistence and working together with our neighbors to create stability, economic prosperity and a safe, secure future for all of our children, Israeli and Palestinian . . .”
He’s a right-wing Zionist zealot, a hate-monger. His policies endorse racist hatred, violence, ethnic cleansing and slow-motion genocide. He blamed Hamas for Israeli committed atrocities during Operation Protective Edge. He accused its authorities of butchering their own children.
He called extremist settlers responsible for fire-bombing Saad Dawabsha’s home, burning his 18-month-old son Ali to death, followed by his own from severe third-degree burns, with his wife and four-year-old son precariously clinging to life from severe burns covering most of their bodies an act committed by “a fringe group.”
He absurdly claimed their “ultimate goal is the destruction of the State of Israel.” They’re symbolic of racist state terror—established by mass murder and ethnic cleansing from inception—displacing historic Palestine of its legitimate inhabitants.
Notions about Jews being God’s chosen people, creating Israel for them alone is longstanding racist mythology, justifying the unjustifiable.
Zionism harms Jews and non-Jews alike. It institutionalizes racism, violence and other human rights abuses. Proponents like Bennett and likeminded lunatics threaten world peace.
He repeated the long ago discredited canard about Israel being “a Jewish and democratic state committed to equality and freedom for all its citizens.” Its 20% Arab population has little of either. Occupied Palestinians have none. Social injustice is rife—denying most Jews fundamental rights they deserve, afforded solely to Israel’s privileged class.
Bennett holding so-called “fringe” settlers responsible for hate crimes belies longstanding state terror committed against millions of Palestinians. Extremist settlers represent a tiny microcosm of a killing and human rights abuse machine.
Official policy prioritizes maximum Jews and minimum Arabs for Greater Israeli colonization of as much additional land as possible beyond its unestablished borders—the only world nation without them for good reason.
It’s committing terror, not stopping it, endless atrocities. As long as world leaders turn a blind eye to its high crimes, millions of Palestinians will continue being ruthlessly persecuted—denied fundamental rights everyone deserves.
