Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, never one to accept responsibility for his actions, tossed Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy under the bus faster than his Israeli father, Irgun terrorist Dr. Benjamin Emanuel, bombed British police buses during the final days of the British mandate of Palestine.
Emanuel is charged with withholding a Burger King surveillance videotape of Chicago cop Jason Van Dyke shooting 17-year old African-American teen Laquan McDonald last year. Our Chicago sources report that Emanuel engaged in a cover-up of the existence of the videotape until after last November’s mayoral election, a race Emanuel won by garnering the support of Chicago’s black community. Emanuel’s Democratic challenger, Cook County Board member Jesus “Chuy” Garcia, would have very likely defeated Emanuel had the city’s African-American voters been aware of the tape. Emanuel, McCarthy, and Illinois state attorney Anita Alvarez withheld knowledge of the tape until Emanuel was re-elected and, even with that delay, Alvarez only decided to release the tape and charge Van Dyke with the murder of McDonald after a judge ordered the tape released following a Freedom of Information suit brought by a journalist.
The Chicago Sun-Times and other Zionist-friendly media in Chicago have called any talk that Emanuel purposefully withheld both the existence and later, the release of the tape, in order to be assured re-election are strictly “conspiracy theories” lacking evidence.
In addition to withholding the tape, Chicago police reportedly cut out over an hour from the tape after they realized it contained evidence relating to Van Dyke’s murder of McDonald. Nevertheless, the tape that was released clearly shows Van Dyke shooting McDonald, who possessed no knife as Van Dyke alleged, while walking away from the officer.
Emanuel, a Democrat, has formed an “unholy” political alliance with Illinois’s Republican Governor Bruce Rauner and his top political adviser, former Hawaii GOP governor Linda Lingle. Chicago and Illinois are being subjected to the type of political corruption under the Emanuel-Rauner-Lingle team that would have embarrassed the long-serving Daley machine in Chicago.
As WMR previously reported, Illinois Democratic Governor Rod Blagojevich, who was not a member of Emanuel’s “Kosher Nostra,” was convicted and imprisoned on politically-motivated corruption charges and is not due for release from federal prison in Colorado until 2025. Blagojevich was well aware of where the political skeletons were buried and that threatened Emanuel and company. WMR has heard from a source who recently was released from Littleton federal prison, where Blagojevich is serving, that the former governor keeps up on Chicago and Illinois politics and is firmly convinced that he will be released soon upon a successful challenge to a federal appeals court. With Emanuel, Rauner, and Lingle calling the shots in Illinois, Blagojevich’s wish is exactly that, a wish, however unfair the original prosecution, conviction, and sentencing.
