“Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results.”—Albert Einstein
“Never be deceived that the rich will allow you to vote away their wealth.”—Lucy Parsons
In reality, the United States is a one party corporatist political state. This political system is utterly corrupt, amoral, and illegitimate. Nothing, absolutely nothing, has recently so blatantly exemplified this more profoundly than the scripted mockery of democracy embodied by the charade of both the Democrat and Republican 2012 national conventions.
The ill-gotten accumulated wealth of the elite super rich Wall Street banksters and other assorted corporate robber barons is today the single most devastating and debilitating yoke around the necks of struggling everyday ordinary Black, White, Brown, Red, and Yellow people in this nation and throughout Mother Earth.
Systemic insanity and national suicide is being perpetually waged against the ordinary people of all colors in the United States, even as the Obamatrons and Romneyites are once more repeating, “over and over again,” the same madness of supporting a corporate-owned political system that is diametrically opposed to their/our own collective mental, physical, and economic survival. This is a systemic, deliberately manipulated, maintained and actualized insanity, with ordinary people as the perpetual pawns.
Why Barack Obama is strongly supported by Wall Street’s elite
While both the corporate Democrats and the Republicans are the bane of everyday people, the Wall Street elite continues to strongly support the NDAA-signing, predator-drone missile, ‘Kill List’ Barack Obama precisely because he has demonstrated more cunning and insidiousness, and is thereby more “effective” in carrying out Wall Street’s economic blood sucking and perpetual-war agendas against the masses of ordinary people in this nation and worldwide. It must always be remembered that Barack Obama is a corporate brand, not a genuine representative and/or champion of the everyday people. He is, in fact, just the opposite.
Barack Obama is, in the deeply insightful words of Black Agenda Report’s Glen Ford, “the more effective evil.” (Reference, Why Barack Obama Is The More Effective Evil). We must understand and internalize what Mr. Ford is saying, for he is absolutely and unequivocally correct, and the times are increasingly perilous.
Barack Obama’s high-sounding obfuscated rhetoric, endless political subterfuge, and his constant and insidious bait-and-switch tactics of unmitigated stealth against ordinary people on behalf of his economic blood sucking, war mongering, corporate handlers, is exactly why the ‘Obama brand’ is the most insidious and “more effective evil.” (Reference, Barack Obama: The More Insidious Evil).
Obama remains the cynical ‘poster child’ for much of Wall Street’s elite because he is so utterly underhanded, as are those whose bidding he actually carries out.
SYSTEMIC change is the answer
The reality is that systemically, there is no such thing as the so-called ‘lesser of evils,’—only EVIL. And it is this evil (i.e., the system itself) that must be changed. Mr. ‘Hope and Change’ Barack Obama is not about pushing for much needed systemic change, and neither is Mitt Romney nor any of their political cohorts. This political system is self-serving and self-perpetuating, and, notwithstanding their phony rhetoric, those who represent it (be they Democrat or Republican) have a vested interest in maintaining it.
In order for this reality to be seriously changed it must first be recognized for what it is. It is the system itself that must be changed. We must rid ourselves of the plantation/reservation mentality ingrained into us by the systemically and symbiotically-joined Democrat and Republican parties.
It is not about simply reforming the same rotten, unjust, corrupt, filthy system. Systemic change does not mean reform—it means fundamental, uncompromising change. This change will only be brought about collectively from the bottom up, by everyday ordinary people, who are conscious of the fact that it is in our collective interests to creatively and totally change this political system. Nothing less will do.
Bringing about systemic change will be extremely difficult, incredibly challenging, and arduous. The fact is that we now live in a de facto police state, made even worse by the extension of the ‘PATRIOT Act,’ the gutting of the U.S. Constitution, and the signing into law by Barack Obama of the draconian NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act).
Nevertheless, we the people, have an obligation and responsibility to ourselves, humanity as a whole, and Mother Earth to uncompromisingly struggle for genuine systemic change, devoid of the Democrat and Republican parties. If we continue to repeatedly follow the path of supporting our own emaciation by supporting the Democrats and Republicans (i.e., the Republicrats), we would be willfully submitting to insanity and perpetual social, economic, and political enslavement.
There is a better way! We don’t have to have economic austerity and perpetual wars. But only we the everyday ordinary people can bring about real systemic change. The vampiric Wall Street elite and their corporate-owned politicians do NOT want genuine systemic change. These persons are a plague upon all of humankind and they thrive upon propagating ignorance, fear, disinformation, and misinformation at the untold expense and horror of everyday Black, White, Brown, Red, and Yellow people.
Freedom is not, nor has it ever been free. It calls for constant struggle and vigilance, NOW more than ever before. As difficult as this is, and will continue to be, we must put aside our differences and unite collectively as a common people for a better nation and a better world. Turn off your damn television sets and video games, and turn on your minds while there is yet time!
Remember: Each one, reach one. Each on,e teach one. Onward, then, my sisters and brothers! Onward!

Exactly! Exactly! Exactly! One lucky break – at least for now. Judge Forrest’s Permanent Injunction on the NDAA horror story. There’s sure to be an appeal higher up, but hopefully we can use this decision as a foothold up the steep wall back to sanity.
